Our organic Decaf Honduras coffee blend comes from the Café Organico Marcala Sociedad Anonima (COMSA) co-op, which was created to assist 69 small-scale coffee farmers in Marcala, Honduras. When it was founded in 2001, the COMSA co-op initially used conventional farming methods.

Eventually, the farmers transitioned to organic farming and partnered with Corporacion Educativa para el Desarrollo Costarricense (CEDECO). With the help of CEDECO, the COMSA farmers were able to transform their lands for the better and create organic coffee blends of exceptionally high quality.
